How can we help?

Ordering

When will my order arrive?

If you have placed an order within the UK please note that standard delivery should take 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Please note custom, made to order or engraved pieces require more time.

Our team will keep you notified on its production and estimated delivery date.Once your item is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with all of your tracking and shipping info.

For International orders we use DHL and delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Please see our Delivery Page for more info.

How do I track my order?

We provide tracking numbers once your order has been dispatched which is included in your shipment confirmation email.

All mainland UK parcels are sent via DPD and you will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or email. International deliveries are sent via DHL.

If you are unable to locate your dispatch email, please reach out to the team on: support@voeme.com stating your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We try to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Items that have been fulfilled sadly cannot to be cancelled. However, if they have not yet been fulfilled then contact the team at info@voeme.com and we will see what we can do.

Made to order pieces must be cancelled within 24hrs.

Jewellery Care

How should I care for my jewellery?

Clean your jewellery at home with warm, mildly soapy water and a very soft brush - we recommend a soft toothbrush and a dash of fairy liquid. Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

When it comes to storage, jewellery’s worst enemy is other jewellery! Keep your items separate by wrapping them in tissue or cloth when travelling or stored in separate compartments of a jewellery box. This includes separating each earring in a pair.

We recommend you put jewellery on after applying makeup, perfume and hair products.

Can Voeme rings be resized?

Select rings are able to be resized, depending on the design. Please contact Customer Care at: support@voeme.com

Can I change or cancel my order?

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

What should I do if my delivery has not arrived/ lost?

It's rare that a delivery is ever lost. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please email us right away at support@voeme.com and we will try our best to solve the issue.

If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days, we will replace your order free of charge (UK only).

For International orders, we will contact DHL and keep you posted at all times on next steps.

Please note that Voeme is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

We require a signature for goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
