Our Process: Enqiory to Delivery
Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you enquire to the moment your ring arrives
1. Start Your Enquiry
Everything begins with a short form, taking just a few minutes. Tell us your preferences lab-grown or natural diamond, ring style (solitaire, halo, bezel, and so on), metal type, budget, and when you need your ring by along with how you’d prefer to be contacted. If you already have inspiration images saved (a Pinterest board, a screenshot, a photo of something similar), you can upload those too, it helps us understand your taste immediately, rather than starting from scratch.
2. We Respond With Suggestions
Within two working days, we’ll come back to you directly, by your preferred contact method with considered suggestions based on everything you’ve shared. This isn’t a generic reply; it’s shaped specifically around your style, budget, and timeline, including options from our [Engagement Ring Guide] if you’d like to explore the reasoning behind them.
3. Refining Your Choice
From there, we’ll talk through the details together adjusting shape, metal, or setting until it’s right. If you’re buying as a surprise, we’ll also help you think through sizing without giving anything away, covered in more depth in our [Ring Sizing Guide].
4. Confirming Your Ring
Once you’re happy, we confirm the exact specification with you in writing, stone, metal, size, and setting before anything is made or sourced. This is your final chance to make any adjustments before we proceed.
5. Sourcing and Making
Your ring is then made to order by our specialist goldsmiths. Because each piece is made specifically for you rather than pulled from existing stock, this typically takes 4-6 weeks, although we’ll confirm your exact timeline at the point of order, factoring in when you’ve told us you need it by, and keep you updated throughout.
6. Certification and Quality Check
Every diamond is independently certified by GIA or IGI, and every finished piece is quality-checked before it leaves our hands checking the setting, the stone, and the finish against exactly what was agreed.
7. Delivery
Your ring arrives fully insured and securely packaged, with your diamond certificate included. We’ll confirm a delivery window in advance, so you know exactly when to expect it.
8. After Your Ring Arrives
We’re still here after delivery — for sizing adjustments if needed, questions about caring for your ring day to day (see our [Ring Care Guide]), or simply if anything doesn’t feel quite right. A ring from Voeme is built to be worn for decades, and our support doesn’t end at delivery.
